This is a huge property with nearly unlimited room for growth. It also has an existing 4,085 sf building that we can adapt for our needs. It would be too complex and expensive to open immediately, so we will be taking the time to remodel the existing building and the site before opening. We estimate being able to open on approximately 8/1/2027.
