We can do a soft opening and staff the location as soon as we install the required sprinkler system. We estimate 9/30/2026. We will continue to make improvements after we open. It's a huge space of about 10,000 sf. with lots of potential. This will allow us to work in one section while making improvements to another section. Our Rapid Response capabilities will grow gradually as improvements are made.
